Where is my order?

You can check the progress of your order by going to https://www.thecableguyaustralia.com/track-your-order/

In the "Order ID" field, put your order number. This can be found in your order confirmation email. It will look like "34709" or similar.

In the "Billing email" field, put your email address that you used at the time of purchase.

Then select "Track"

The next screen will give you the information required to track your order:

Order ID: The order ID of your order

Placed on: The date which you placed the order 

Status: The current order status of your order

Click the "Track" button to be taken to AusPost's website tracking page.
