On the rare occasion, AusPost may misplace your parcel in transit. In this instance, you'll need to submit a lost parcel case with AusPost directly. You can do this via the AusPost tracking page for your tracking number (see this article if you need help finding your tracking information)

Click on "I have not received this item" and follow the prompts to complete the steps to create a support case with AusPost.
