If you've accidently provided an incorrect delivery address, don't worry, we can usually fix this up for you.
If you completed your order via a guest account, please use the following link to email us directly: Urgent Shipping Address Update
If you signed up for an account, please go to "My Account>Orders>Edit" and complete the checkout process again using your updated details. This will cancel your existing order, and you can create a new order with the correct information.
This process only works where we have yet to ship your order.
If your order has recently been shipped, you will need to contact AusPost directly to request a redirection. This can only be done if your parcel has yet to be processed through it's last distribution centre (usually in your state's major city).
